Les Moulins Mahjoub Tunisian sundried mint is prepared using mint from the orchards of the Mahjoub family farms and dried to form aromatic base of Tunisian cooking. Mahjoub is dried in the shade on the farms in Tebourba where it is grown in order to maintain its color and flavor. It takes around 5 days for this drying procedure. The resulting mint is rich in manganese and anti-oxidants.
