Buckwheat flour, rye flour and bran, corn flour, egg powder, salt

- In a salad bowl, pour the contents of a packet then 1/2 liter of water while stirring with a whisk. Mix. No need to let the dough rest!
- Pour the batter into a lightly oiled and very hot pan. Once cooked, flip. Let the other side brown
