Barral Nicoises Olives are tiny black olives harvested from the Alpes-Maritimes (most southeast part of France) that have been soaked salty brine for 5-6 months. Evem though called black olives, they are characterized by their small size and beige to brown-purple color.
Tasting Suggestions:
- Use in Nicoise salad, a salad from Nice traditionally made with tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, Nicoise olives, anchovies and olive oil
- Try with any Mediterranean dish like baked fish, pizzas or pissaladiere!
