Instructions :

- Bring to a boil 1/2 liter of milk in a saucepan
- When the milk boils, remove the saucepan from the heat and immediately pour the contents of one packet into the milk. stir with a spatula to obtain a smooth cream
- Pour the cream into a bowl and leave to cool, stirring occasionally
- Cover the bowl before placing it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes so that the cream thickens
