Roscon de Reyes (Three King’s Cake) from Spain is precooked, completely finished, decorated with candied fruits and cream filling inside. It is made using dough similar to brioche but with more eggs, right amount of orange blossom essence, spices, and rum.
Each unit contains a small surprise and a traditional bean inside it. Also inside the container, there is a golden cardboard crown and a small postcard with the legend of one of the oldest sweets in the Spanish Pastry industry.
