Gli Aoroni’s carnaroli rice, smoked with cherry wood for 14 hours resulting in soft woody notes, intense on the nose but delicate on the palate. Minimally processed, retaining part of the proteins and vitamins A, D, E, and K on the surface. Use in classic risottos, or simply boiled and seasoned with oil, to accompany meat, fish and vegetables.
