How to Use :

- Bring 17 oz of milk to a rolling boil and remove from heat.
- Immediately add one bag of Alsa mix and stir with a whisk until the mixture is thick and smooth. Optional: add extra flavor such as vanilla, liqueur, coffee, or anything else.
- Transfer mixture inside a bowl and let it cool at room temperature. Stir now and then to eliminate any hard film on the surface.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Gently stir prior to use.
